PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Aluminum woven wire mesh is produced from interlaced aluminum-alloy wires to create a lightweight screen with controlled openings. Mesh count, wire diameter and clear aperture should be selected together because the mesh number alone does not define the finished opening. Roll width, cut size, edge retention and frame tension also affect how the mesh handles and remains flat after installation.
Typical inquiries include window and ventilation screens, lightweight filter supports, framed inserts and general screening where low handling weight is useful. Fine aluminum mesh can crease or distort if it is tensioned unevenly, so the frame and fixing method should match the selected wire construction. Common specifications are regularly stocked, while other widths, roll lengths and mesh combinations can be produced to order.

MATERIAL SELECTION
Low weight can simplify handling of framed inserts and replaceable screens. A woven opening can be specified together with the wire diameter for the intended screening task.
Fine mesh can crease or deform during installation. Do not describe a light screen as a certified security barrier or assume it suits every corrosive cleaning agent.
Window and ventilation screens, lightweight inserts and general screening where the selected aperture is appropriate. Confirm frame retention and cleaning before use.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Final dimensions and compatible combinations are confirmed against the approved drawing or mesh specification before production.
Confirm the aluminum-alloy designation and wire condition for the chosen mesh.
Reference mesh range: 2–20 mesh. Select a specific wire-and-opening combination rather than combining range endpoints.
State nominal wire diameter and clear opening in addition to mesh count.
Give finished width, length, cut quantity and edge-retention requirements.
Specify surface requirements and any protection needed against creasing during delivery or installation.
Common specifications are regularly stocked, while non-standard sizes, materials and finishes can be produced to order. Final quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed with the quotation.
FROM WIRE TO FINISHED WOVEN MESH

Confirm the required construction and opening consistency.
Agree roll or cut-panel dimensions and edge retention.
Review packing and installation handling to limit creasing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Material, specification and commercial details are confirmed for the actual project.
No. The target particle or insect, airflow and visibility determine the useful opening; wire diameter also affects it.
No. This is an aluminum woven product; security performance requires a separately specified and verified assembly.
Confirm the mesh and frame-retention system first. Excessive tension or uneven fixing can distort a fine screen.
Common specifications are regularly stocked. Other wire diameters, widths and mesh combinations can be produced to order; final quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed with the quotation.
Send clear opening or mesh count, wire diameter, frame dimensions, quantity and the operating environment.
