PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Copper perforated metal is produced from solid copper sheet with a controlled arrangement of round, square, slotted or custom openings. Its warm natural color is combined with the ventilation, screening and visual transparency created by the perforation layout. Panel thickness, hole size, pitch, open area and solid margins should be coordinated with the frame, fixing method and surrounding construction.
Unlike a copper-colored coating, solid copper develops its own surface character over time. The visible face, grain direction, handling method and acceptable color variation should therefore be defined before production. Typical inquiries include interior screens, cabinet inserts, ventilation grilles, lighting covers and decorative panels. For electrical continuity or electromagnetic shielding, the openings, seams, fixings and complete enclosure must be assessed as one system.

MATERIAL SELECTION
Warm metallic color gives the panel a distinct identity. A controlled pattern can connect the screen visually to joinery, lighting or other copper details.
Copper can change color in service. Define acceptable variation, cleaning methods and any protective finish; assess dents and handling marks on thin sheets.
Feature screens, cabinet inserts, lighting covers and interior panels are useful starting points. For electrical functions, provide the system requirements separately from the decorative brief.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Final dimensions and compatible combinations are confirmed against the approved drawing or mesh specification before production.
Identify the required copper designation and sheet condition. Do not specify the material by color alone.
Choose thickness with the support layout, forming requirement and acceptable surface marking in mind.
Provide hole size, pitch, open area and unperforated fixing borders.
List panel sizes, quantity by size and any bends or cut-outs on the drawing.
Agree natural, polished or other requested finish by sample; confirm any protective coating separately.
Common specifications are regularly stocked, while non-standard sizes, materials and finishes can be produced to order. Final quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed with the quotation.
FROM SHEET TO FINISHED PANEL
Define visible sides and the required surface sample.
Coordinate openings, joint lines and mounting margins.
Review bends and handling methods for the specified sheet condition.
Agree inspection, interleaving and packing for the accepted finish.

Not automatically. Discuss natural aging versus a protective finish and agree the expected maintenance approach.
Submit a reference sample. Color range, process feasibility and batch acceptance must be agreed before production.
This page concerns solid copper sheet. Coated steel or other copper-colored alternatives should be identified separately.
Provide the frequency range and required attenuation. Openings, joints and electrical continuity must be evaluated as part of the complete enclosure.
