PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Special-Alloy Woven Mesh Selected for the Service Conditions

More Woven Wire Mesh Materials provides a quotation route for phosphor bronze, nickel, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, duplex stainless steel, titanium and other specified wire materials. Selection should begin with the process medium, operating temperature, cleaning method, required appearance, electrical function or corrosion conditions. The exact alloy can then be matched with wire diameter, aperture, weave and finished roll or panel size.

Common specifications of popular woven wire mesh products are regularly stocked, while other alloys, mesh configurations and finished sizes can be produced to order. Special materials do not share one universal mesh-count, wire-diameter or width range, so the final combination should follow the approved specification. Material documents, trial weaving, retention requirements and any functional testing should be stated when requesting a quotation.

MATERIAL SELECTION

Materials for Specialized Woven Mesh Requirements

Key Advantages

A broader material review allows the inquiry to focus on a specific process requirement, color preference or electrical function rather than a default stainless choice.

Considerations

Alloy names do not guarantee universal corrosion or temperature resistance. Wire availability, weave feasibility and the complete service cycle require confirmation.

Best-fit Uses

Specialized filtration, screening and conductive components with clearly stated acceptance criteria. Send the alloy designation and mesh specification for feasibility review.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Specifications & Custom Range

Final dimensions and compatible combinations are confirmed against the approved drawing or mesh specification before production.

Reference Material Families

Reference material families include phosphor bronze, nickel and Monel mesh, alongside other specialty wire categories. Confirm the exact grade for the intended duty.

Further Material Requests

Submit other alloy designations for procurement and weaving review; a listing is not a promise of all sizes in stock.

Wire & Weave

Confirm wire diameter, plain/twill or other requested construction, and feasibility for the chosen alloy.

Opening & Retention

Define the geometric opening or required filtration performance. These are not interchangeable for every weave.

Format & Documentation

Provide roll or panel dimensions, edges, material documents and testing requirements.

Procurement & MOQ

Common material lines may be available from regular stock. Other metal materials, configurations and finished sizes can be produced to order based on the approved specification. Final quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed with the quotation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

More Woven Wire Mesh Materials FAQ

Material, specification and commercial details are confirmed for the actual project.

Can I request phosphor bronze or another copper alloy?

Send the alloy designation, weave, wire diameter, aperture, dimensions and quantity for a feasibility review.

Are nickel, Monel and other nickel alloys interchangeable?

No. Composition and service compatibility differ. Use an exact designation and a defined operating environment.

Can I choose an alloy using temperature alone?

No. Consider the medium, atmosphere, cycling, mechanical demand and cleaning as well as temperature.

Can all special alloys use the same mesh count range?

Bronze and other special wire materials can be arranged to order. The selected alloy, wire diameter, weave and quantity are confirmed together because not every endpoint combination represents a manufacturable mesh.

What if I need a filtration rating rather than an opening size?

State the required retention and test method. The weave and testing basis must be agreed before a rating is claimed.
