DECORATIVE WIRE MESH
Copper decorative mesh brings a natural warm tone and an evolving surface character to premium interiors, feature screens and architectural metalwork.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Copper provides a natural red-metal colour, electrical and thermal conductivity and an evolving surface that can develop a darker tone or patina. It suits projects where the material itself is part of the design intent.
Unlike brass, copper begins with a redder tone and offers higher conductivity. Compared with coloured stainless steel, genuine copper develops a natural surface response that should be approved as part of the design rather than treated as a defect.

MATERIAL SELECTION AND BEST-FIT USES
Copper provides a natural red-metal colour, electrical and thermal conductivity and an evolving surface that can develop a darker tone or patina. It suits projects where the material itself is part of the design intent. Unlike brass, copper begins with a redder tone and offers higher conductivity. Compared with coloured stainless steel, genuine copper develops a natural surface response that should be approved as part of the design rather than treated as a defect. Copper is relatively soft, costly and susceptible to oxidation, handling marks and colour change. Final appearance varies with humidity, cleaning, contact materials and time, so samples and maintenance expectations must be agreed. Art installations, hotel features, partitions, screens, wall panels and decorative components that also require conductivity or shielding. It is not the first choice for high-abrasion, high-impact or colour-critical surfaces that cannot accept natural oxidation. Use brass for a warmer golden appearance or stainless steel where colour stability, abrasion resistance and lower maintenance are the priorities. A compatible clear protection system can be reviewed when slower surface change is desired.
SPECIFICATIONS AND CUSTOM RANGE
Published product information is used where stated. Final specifications and compatible combinations must still be confirmed before production.
Production is checked against the approved drawing.
| Material and Grade | T1, T2, C11000 or project-specified pure copper, subject to raw-material availability. |
|---|---|
| Typical Production Range | Decorative patterns follow samples or drawings. For woven copper mesh, a typical published range is 4–200 mesh with approximately 0.12–1.6 mm wire. |
| Size Guidance | Woven roll width can be approximately 0.6–2.9 m. Architectural panel dimensions depend on pattern, frame and transport conditions. |
| Surface Options | Natural, pre-oxidized, brushed, polished or compatible clear protection. |
| Structure, Weave or Opening | Plain or twill weave, crimped woven, rigid mesh and custom decorative constructions. |
| MOQ Guidance | Woven mesh can be quoted from one roll. Architectural patterns depend on project quantity and raw-material batch. |
| Stock Guidance | Some common copper mesh may be available. Architectural decorative assemblies are normally made to order. |
| Supply Type | Regular production and project customization. |
