MATERIAL SELECTION AND BEST-FIT USES

DECORATIVE WIRE MESH
Brass decorative mesh combines timeless warmth with architectural versatility for interior partitions, wall panels, ceiling features and custom installations.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Brass provides a genuine warm-gold appearance, good formability and useful wear resistance for high-visibility interior details. Its natural colour avoids relying on a yellow coating over stainless steel when authentic material character is required.
Compared with copper, brass is typically more golden and less electrically conductive. Compared with coloured stainless steel, it offers genuine alloy colour but requires greater acceptance of oxidation and batch variation.

MATERIAL SELECTION AND BEST-FIT USES
Brass provides a genuine warm-gold appearance, good formability and useful wear resistance for high-visibility interior details. Its natural colour avoids relying on a yellow coating over stainless steel when authentic material character is required. Compared with copper, brass is typically more golden and less electrically conductive. Compared with coloured stainless steel, it offers genuine alloy colour but requires greater acceptance of oxidation and batch variation. Brass oxidizes and can develop colour variation. It is not suitable for every aggressive or ammonia-bearing environment, and raw-material pricing can vary significantly between procurement periods. Hotels, bars, boutiques, elevators, cabinet fronts, partitions, ceilings and decorative screens. It is not a universal solution for strong chemical exposure, wet coastal exteriors or projects that require a permanently unchanged bright finish. Choose copper for red-metal colour and higher conductivity, stainless steel for greater corrosion resistance, or coated aluminum where low weight and controlled colour are more important.
SPECIFICATIONS AND CUSTOM RANGE
The values below are a typical production range for inquiry planning, not guaranteed limits. Final specifications must be confirmed before production and remain subject to material availability, tooling and drawing review.
Production is checked against the approved drawing.
| Material and Grade | H62, H65, H68, C260, C270 or a project-specified brass grade, confirmed against colour, strength and procurement. |
|---|---|
| Typical Production Range | Patterns are defined by sample or drawing. Woven constructions may use approximately 2–200 mesh as a typical reference, subject to alloy, wire and weave confirmation. |
| Size Guidance | Typical width is approximately 0.6–1.5 m. Large panels are normally divided or supported by frames. |
| Surface Options | Natural, brushed, polished, aged or compatible clear protection. |
| Structure, Weave or Opening | Crimped woven, rigid mesh, spiral, grille and custom combined structures. |
| MOQ Guidance | Normally quoted by project or from one roll. Special patterns must meet production setup and raw-material MOQ. |
| Stock Guidance | Samples or limited common specifications may be available. Finished project material is mainly made to order. |
| Supply Type | Regular production and project customization. |
